Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Beading Is In My Blood. Every product in our shop — whether handcrafted jewelry or a custom print-on-demand item — is created with love, intention, and pride. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. 

Because of the handmade and custom-made nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the specific circumstances outlined below. 

 

 

SECTION 1 — HANDCRAFTED JEWELRY 

 

 

All Jewelry Sales Are Final 

Every piece of jewelry in our shop is one-of-a-kind and handcrafted by us. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons: 

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse 

  • Wrong size ordered — please review all measurements listed in each product description before purchasing. Ring sizes, bracelet lengths, and earring dimensions are clearly noted in every listing 

  • Colour variations — colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, or camera settings. We photograph each piece carefully in natural lighting, but slight variations are normal and are not considered defects 

  • Natural material variations — our pieces use natural stone cabochons, Austrian crystals, and Miyuki seed beads. Natural stones may have slight variations in colour, pattern, or texture. This is part of their beauty and uniqueness, not a defect 

 

Damaged or Defective Jewelry 

We take great pride in the quality of every piece we create and package each order with care. If your item arrives damaged or broken, we want to make it right. 

 

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must: 

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order 

  • Provide your order number 

  • Submit clear photos showing the damage or defect 

 

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement (subject to material availability) or store credit toward a future purchase. 

Please note: damage resulting from wear, improper storage, exposure to water or chemicals, or accidental breakage after delivery is not covered. 

 

 

SECTION 2 — PRINT-ON-DEMAND CLOTHING & PRODUCTS 

 

 

All Print-On-Demand Sales Are Final 

All print-on-demand products are custom-made to order through our production partner Gelato. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons: 

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse 

  • Wrong size ordered — a size chart is provided on every clothing listing. Please review it carefully before placing your order as we are unable to accommodate sizing exchanges 

  • Colour variations — colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, monitor, and camera settings. This is normal and does not constitute a defect 

 

Damaged or Defective Print-On-Demand Items 

If your print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will work with our production partner to make it right. 

 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must: 

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order 

  • Provide your order number 

  • Submit clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect 

 

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. 

Please note: damage caused by improper use, washing, or handling after delivery is not covered. 

 

 

SECTION 3 — GENERAL TERMS 

 

 

Lost or Undelivered Orders 

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we will investigate on your behalf. 

 

Important Reminders 

  • Always check the size chart before ordering clothing items 

  • Review all measurements listed in jewelry product descriptions before purchasing 

  • Colours may vary slightly between screens and cameras — this is not a defect 

  • Natural materials such as stone will have unique variations from piece to piece
