Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beadingisinmyblood@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
